Museum-Mobil Card:
You will receive your Museum-Mobil Card for free:
Thanks to this card, you will be allowed free use of all public transportation (buses and trains), as well as complimentary access to selected cable cars along the Wine Road of South Tyrol.
Additionally, the card includes free admission to approximately 80 museums (one visit each museum) scattered throughout South Tyrol.
Further useful information:
- Check in: The room is ready to be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival
- Check out: we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 on the day of departure. Our outdoor infinity pool and roof terrace are still at your disposal throughout the day
- Payment: The invoice can be paid locally in cash (up to € 4,999.99), debit card or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
- Cancellation conditions: There is no right of cancellation under the consumer protection code - however we guarantee the following cancellation conditions: Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 1 month before the start of the stay there are no cancellation costs, up to 21 days before we keep the deposit, from 21 days before or in case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the booked arrangement. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
